Users are people who bought something with your code. The higher rate applies from the next payment after you pass a threshold. The percentage is calculated on the amount after VAT and the store fee, before tax. Paid out monthly once you reach 100 PLN (about $25).

A paid reel collaboration is a separate agreement, made at Closie’s invitation.
